RFLP（制限酵素断片長多型，制限断片長多型，Restriction fragment length polymorphism）
- 制限酵素処理されたDNAの断片長の差異に由来する多型．また，それを検出する研究手法．ゲノム構造の多様性が多型として検出できる．
- ゲノムDNAを制限酵素で切断する．切断されたDNAを電気泳動によりDNA断片の長さに応じて分離する．検出されたバンドパターンをバイナリデータとして記録し，距離法などでそれぞれのサンプル間の関係を算出する．
